Easy Margherita Pizza

2 Boboli Pizza Crusts
1 large can whole, skinless tomatoes
1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
2-3 chopped fresh basil leaves
1 Tsp. Oregano
Dash of salt and pepper
1lb Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup Ricotta cheese
Start by blending together the tomatoes, parmesan cheese, basil, salt and pepper, and finally the garlic and oregano. Once that is combined, pour about a cup of sauce on the prepared pizza crust.
Next, sprinkle a very thin layer of mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Drop spoonfulls of the ricotta cheese all around the crust. Following the ricotta, sprinkle another cup or so of mozzarella on top.
Bake for 8-10 minutes in a preheated oven of 450'.
Heat leftover sauce in microwave and serve as dipping sauce.
*Yields 2 pizzas.
